Health Improvement: Diagnosed with a Cavernous Angioma in November, 2003 located in the Ponds area of the Brain off of the 4th ventricle - taking meds (anti-seizure) to try and relieve pressure in back of head and neck. Since this time have gained 30 pounds and have problems with balance and energy levels.
My routine for the last few months has been to do the basic T-Tapp fundamentals and also concentrating on lower body routines such as Tempo Lower Body. I also started out by wearing a pedometer on a daily basis. This not only made me aware of how many steps I was taking a day, but encouraged me to move more. I take anywhere from 6-9 Alfalfa and 2-3 Fibertox on a daily basis. Brushing, especially in that thicker leg area, seems to have helped. I know that I still have an extreme cellulite and balance problem to work on, however, over the last few months I have seen much improvement in both areas. I do have a lot more energy and the pressure I experience on my head had lessened. I know that I am going to have to stay consistent with these routines in order to achieve those goals.
