My T-Tapp Journey

I was really tired of not being able to wear more than one pair of jeans that were in my closet, but also refusing to go buy a larger size. I could not stand from a squatting position without holding onto the nearest piece of furniture for assistance. I was unable to step down from a 2-foot ledge because my sense of balance was way off. My mid-section was huge. I felt so old. Something had to change.

The 60-day Challenge was issued and I knew this was my answer. What a blessing it was. I decided to enter the 60-day challenge mostly for the motivation that it would provide to keep me working out. Within 2 weeks my abdomen was no longer sticking out past my bosom. Yay! And, I was jumping down from a 3-foot high hay wagon after only 3 weeks. I was already feeling younger and more energetic. Instead of being totally horrified at being seen in a swimsuit, now I am only somewhat embarrassed. I have gone down a clothing size. I even lost a half inch on each ankle.

My other motivation was thoughts of my health. I have never had any conditions that required medication or treatment, and I want to keep it that way. At middle age (or nearing it), I knew I had to change my lifestyle in order to have a chance at continued good health.

Because of T-Tapp, my energy level has increased; my everyday movement is so much easier. I feel I am a "slow loser", being a combo body type, but I am so thrilled with my inch loss and emerging shape. My body is regaining definition instead of being a "jiggly-blob" of M & M candy overuse and a sedentary lifestyle. (I refer you to the before pictures) Yikes!

After my last child was born 8 years ago, I did aerobics and lost weight, but I was not eating much and my thighs were bulky. I was also feeling my joints aching because of all the jumping around. T-Tapp is so gentle on my body, yet it has given me unyielding strength, body awareness, lessened mood swings, diminished PMS symptoms, and much better posture. And those benefits are in addition to the benefits of inch and weight loss. I couldn’t be more pleased.

There is still more work to be done to get to my ideal size and fitness level. But with T-Tapp, I know it is attainable. I realize that consistency is the key to achieve success in body shaping, weight loss and building self-confidence. I love that I can now wear shorts I have not been able to wear in 2 years.

Halfway through the challenge, I purchased "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes". Reading and applying the form tips brought my workouts up to a new level. Having the book is like having my own personal T-Tapp trainer in my home 24/7. By making the smallest of changes in my form, I could feel the workouts become more intense. I also realized when I was not reaching my personal max. I have converted my daughter, who is 3 months postpartum, and she has also read it and is now loving the workouts, especially Hit The Floor. I like the Tempo workout. She is sold on T-Tapp!!!

At the onset of the challenge, I found that my desire for sweets and junk food decreased. That is a good thing. Using the God Made/Man Made-eating plan in the last weeks of the challenge has not only improved my results, but has given me even more energy and increased my over-all feelings of well-being.

I feel I should win the T-Tapp 60 day Challenge because I have worked hard to achieve my results. I am feeling better about myself, not only physically but mentally as well. The pictures show what an improvement T-Tapp has made for me. Being able to workout with all the trainers in Tampa will be the ultimate in self-esteem building, the best reward possible, and hopefully, motivational to other 40 Something women. I also hope to find out how to lose this "extra-large bubble butt". That would be one for the books! Before this challenge, I did not really care for exercising. But now, with knowing all of the ways T-Tapp benefits me, I am a life long T-Tapper. I have been able to develop a work ethic to "keep at it" after spending 6 years in an "on again, off again" relationship with the T-Tapp workouts. I finally get it. I love this program.

I plan upon the completion of the challenge, to reward myself with a new T-Tapp video workout and some new workout clothes. Also, a brand new T-Tapp T-shirt (or two). I would like to be a walking advertisement of the benefits and "yes-you-can"-ability of the T-Tapp system.

Thank you for issuing this challenge and providing me a way to overcome my unfit lifestyle.
