I would like to thank Teresa Tapp for developing such a wonderful workout and for training such quality trainers such as "trainer extraordinaire" Annette Kunde. Without Annette's passion and desire to share T-Tapp with others I would never be sitting where I am today! Let me tell you about myself. My name is Melissa Wilson, I am a 30 year old wife and mother to a wonderful 3 year old son. I guess my weight battle started my junior year in high school. I gave up softball to get a job - in an ice-cream parlor. The weight crept up over that summer and I was not able to get it back off again in the fall with sports. The next summer was the same story. Then came the freshman 15 in college. However, I think it was 15 each year and not just the freshman year! Throughout physical therapy school I became addicted to step aerobics offered through the school. Boy did I ever look good and finally felt good. I was able to pull out the skinny clothes I just couldn't bear to throw away. Then I entered the real world of work and gave up working out even though I knew I should. Here I am a physical therapist making people exercise when here I am overweight. But I get enough exercise during the day - after all I am on my feet all day moving body parts right?! Wrong! I was lucky and only gained 20 pounds with my pregnancy (the baby accounted for 10 pounds) and with nursing I was smaller a week after delivery than I was before I got pregnant! In the last three years I've found the weight and then some! I have tried Curves, fitness centers, cabbage soup diet, South Beach Diet. You name it I've tried it. But with any or all of them I would only loose about 8 pounds and there it would stop. At one time I even tired Metabolife but I was really against taking the "Drug" route, herbal or not! In January of this year I was introduced to T-Tapp and Annette through the seminar she presented. I was instantly interested - Physical Therapy based approach and emphasis on inch loss, I was never one that cared what the scale said except that it kept going up and up! I came home and tried the awesome legs and diva derriere. I lost a half an inch off of both legs in just 5 days. I bought the total system the middle of February after going shopping for jeans. I hit every store in our large mall only to go home empty handed. One size was too big, next size too small. I came home and called Annette immediately. I haven't been disappointed yet! The day came where I was finally able to get those jeans - in a size smaller too! I lost 19.75 inches in the 60-day challenge, and I have lost a total of 33 inches since beginning T-Tapp on February 24, 2006. I must be honest and admit I have not been that faithful or consistent with my exercise program, and I definitely do not diet. Life seemed to get in the way and for various reasons I was not able to Tapp as much as I wanted. However, I was able to achieve those results with little effort and no dieting when NOTHING else worked! If you know my family you know our motto is "Eat to prevent hunger"! Let me tell you about what I've gained. I have more energy especially in the mornings, my hormones have evened out and I am no longer on the roller coster, my adult acne has improved and almost vanished completely, my softball game has improved I can hit harder and run faster. I believe my biggest accomplishment achieved by this challenge is that after 10 months of the inability to conceive, we are expecting our second child the 3rd of April! Thank you Teresa for helping me become my best and my healthiest to bring our child into this world! I think the greatest part is that I will be able to continue to T-Tapp throughout this pregnancy and continue to improve myself for this pregnancy, my family, and most of all for myself! Thank you again Teresa and Annette, I am so grateful to you both. Teresa, I hope for the opportunity to thank you in person in October and show you the budding growth of life inside me that will be a T-Tapp baby! Thanks again.
