I T-Tapped a few years ago half-heartedly, so this challenge was a real “first” serious attempt at the T-Tapp life and routine. Since I have never really been overweight, I have been most of my life (in my opinion) flabby and out of shape. T-Tapp toned my thighs in a way that other workouts never did. I love feeling fit, and I felt it these past months. It is amazing how doing KLT for a minute or two during the day can make you feel. It was as if I had a great “secret” that no one else knew. How powerful is that? After 2-3 weeks into the challenge, I noticed my nagging neck problems slowly melting away. I used to have a very limited range of motion in my neck, but now can turn like an owl. – Slight exaggeration, but that is how I feel. T-Tapp is the only difference. In addition my posture improved tremendously and I increased a whole inch in my bust. (How cool is that?) I am grateful that I was again introduced to T-Tapp and took it seriously this time. I am also now thankful that my girlfriend dragged me to a Theresa book signing in Cleveland and she convinced me that we could do this Challenge. We were going to be tapping anyway, so we might as well sign up. However, we were not prepared for the many challenges we had to face.

My workout partner and girlfriend went through many gyrations and schedule changes to find compatible times to work out with me. I will always be grateful for that. I work three (3) jobs and baby-sit my 3 grandchildren, in addition to getting my elderly mother to all her appointments and taking care of a husband. I should be considered as a finalist, because if I can make the time and effort, with my schedule, than anyone can. T-Tapp showed me that you do not need hours and hours to get into shape. I am very proud of the first two (2) months of my efforts, and would love to base the whole challenge on it, but the last month’s momentum was lacking and I fell off the T-Tapp wagon more than once. The whole Challenge was a wonderful personal experience, and I am glad to have signed up and given the chance to finally finish. I am still reaping the benefits of that time and now know that at my age (53), T-Tapping will be part of my life forever.
