Hello, my name is Barbie. I feel a quiet, confident smile spreading across my face as I sit this evening reflecting on my T-Tapp 60 Day Challenge experience. The T-Tapp Challenge provided me the motivation and the method to take steps toward the level of sustainable fitness I've desired. I'm tired of whimsical "pop fitness" programs that wind you up, but are not based on a solid foundation of medical science (especially kinesiology).

I purchased The Basic Work Out Plus and the Total Work Out in Aug '06 and the "Yes You Can" Seminar as taught by Teresa Tapp. I was impressed by Teresa's knowledge of the Rehab approach to fitness, and her clear gift of teaching and motivating people.

Ok, so you may ask, "so did you lose yards of inches in the first month of using the T-Tapp workouts?" The answer is no. So, why did I continue using T Tapp system in spite of not losing 2-3 dress sizes in a month or two? The answer is simple…because it worked for me! It met my expectations. I was looking for a workout that I could take on the road with me, use in a hotel room, when I was staying with guests or even waiting in airports and in the privacy of my home. I wanted to attain flexibility, firmness and lose some inches in the process.

So, when the 60-Day challenge came along, I was excited to focus and do either the BWO Plus or the Total Basic Work Out every day. I was unable to do T-Tapp only 4 days of the entire 60-day period, and those days were due to illness.

My T-Tapp 60 Day challenge was a very positive experience because I was looking for a process of ongoing fitness that I could do and continue long after the 60-Day Challenge was over. Whether I am traveling, at home, staying with family or friends, I can take my T-Tapp DVDs with me and know that I am winning the battle of gravity because layer by layer, I am changing from the inside out, developing stronger balance, agility and flexibility.

I am so thankful for the no nonsense approach to fitness in the T Tapp exercise system. I was looking for an exercise plan that produced results from the inside out. I am committed to the process, and the results are coming. Hey, I lost 7 ½ inches over these past 60 days. I am winning my own personal goals with T-Tapp and look forward to pursuing becoming a T-Tapp Trainer.
