My wife first heard of T-Tapp in the August 2001 issue of Woman's World. Then, when another article was published in Woman's World in January 2004, she became even more interested in T-Tapp. She finally bought the book in May of 2006. Between May and June, she lost 2 sizes and by July was down another size.

She attended the October retreat, during which a family member passed away and she had to fly from Tampa to Little Rock, missing a lot of school and T-Tapp shifted to the back burner.

Skip ahead to December 27, 2006. I had a heart attack. I knew while I was still in the hospital that I would have to start an exercise program and I was already sold on T-Tapp from the results I had seen in my wife and stepdaughter.

We attended a Smart Living Convention in Houston in February in which Teresa was a keynote speaker. I became even more sold on T-Tapp, but felt like I couldn't keep up with it. Watching it made me tired.

When the 60-day challenge rolled around, I figured it was as good a time as any to jump on the wagon. I began tapping every day with the rest of my family, starting May 12. The first of June, my wife and stepchildren attended church camp. While they were gone, I still attempted to T-Tapp as much as was possible. I was doing the Basic Workout Plus as much as was possible with only a few breaks to catch my breath.

My wife commented when I visited at church camp that she could tell a difference. I had my latest check-up for my heart around the middle of June. Everything was looking so well that I don't have to be seen again for a whole year!

There are so many of our friends who have since ordered the T-Tapp Total System just seeing what it has done for our family. T-Tapp definitely works...even if you don't see an immediate inch loss, you can definitely feel the health effects of it.
