Wow how quickly 60 days goes by. This has been such and amazing adventure. I am really glad that I joined and stuck with it. I have been very dedicated to working out for about 8 years. It is never a problem for me to get the incentive to move. So when this challenged started I knew I could stick to a schedule without a problem. I was just unsure what my results would be.
I tried to keep it fairly simple. I had great results in the first 30 days than that time of year came for me. One party after another, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and everything in between. I am the type of person that LOVES to cook. Plus have always been very thin until my late thirties. Then I had to watch what I put in my mouth. I gained 15 lb in one year. I really like to cook from scratch. But when your at someone else home and its catered it hard to try to pick through the healthy and unhealthy so when in Rome! Anyway I saw some of my lose start to come back. So I did what I have always done I trained harder. I joined 2 different challenges along with my EOD schedule. I started gaining inches and was a little frustrated. I also was going through a very stressful time with work and family issues. Again that is when I go to a work out for stress relief. I could feel my body getting tired. I pushed myself until the Saturday before the Challenge was over. That way I would give myself 4 full days off before I would measure. When I measured I was again blown away by T-Tapp.
About 4 months ago I was on the forums and complaining about not losing enough. I posted my work out schedule and got some great advice. One piece of advise I got made sense to me. One of the trainers said that a week off. Don't do anything for 1 week. So I did I lost 5" on my week OFF. So again feeling like I was on the verge of over raining decided that I would just try to eat better and take the full 4 days off before measuring for the final time. And again T-Tapp has not disappointed me. My inches come off again maybe not enough to win this challenge but enough that I know that it needs to be slow and steady for me. I am convinced that by the end of the year I will be exactly where I want. Less really is more with T-Tapp.
A bonus to this challenge was all of the friends that I have met. My friend Karen started a support group for the challenge and it was fun and inspiring and sometime sad. I feel truly blessed that we all found each other and hope one day to all be in the same room drinking Martini's! How about Tampa girls!
