Some time before the challenge started, my mom told me about T-Tapp. I saw her doing the workouts. At first I was very skeptical; I thought: Not another fitness Program! We have already tried several fitness programs before, but I never felt they would improve my body shape, and only after one attempt I felt very bored.

So finally my mom persuaded me to participate in the T-Tapp challenge and try the program. And it felt great! I felt full of energy and confidence!

Even when I felt tired or there was not much time to do T-Tapp, I would do the workout and then would feel energized. I saw the first results already after doing Instructional 1 or the Basic Workout Plus a few times! And most importantly: the workout never bored me. It was a new kind of moves that weren't so tiring like other fitness programs. And the T-Tapp moves are 100x more effective!

I can only recommend T-Tapp to other people!
