My goal when I entered this contest besides winning was to improve my abdominal area. I have an enlarged uterus and fibroids. This is not flattering at all. I had lost 20 pounds before I entered the contest and was amazed that my stomach had gone down.
I used the T-Tapp Tempo for the first 14 days and every other day after that. After the 30 day pictures I switched to the Ladybug Workout and Hit the Floor DVD. This helped me drop a couple more inches.
When I started the 60 day challenge I still had more I wanted to lose. I did accomplish that goal. I still have more I would like to lose and will continue T-Tapping!
