I feel a lot stronger, thanks to you. It was nice doing the T-Tapp Challenge with my mom. My favorite T-Tapp move is the Plies. I started with doing T-Tapp More and then started doing the Instructional #1 and like how fast the 15 minute workout is. I like your DVD's a lot! Thanks T-Tapp!!!
