This week I should be preparing for the arrival of my fourth child. Sadly, that is not the reality. In January, during a routine ultrasound, my husband and I were devastated to learn that our much anticipated 4th child had no heartbeat. We are Christians and through God's love and strength and the love and encouragement of our church and families we have lived through this. I write all this to say if I hadn't lost this baby I would never have started T-Tapp until after the birth. As I recovered from the miscarriage I felt such an urgency to get the weight off. I was so tired of being fat and started T-Tapping. From February 21 through April 2 I lost 19 inches and 22 lbs. When the announcement for the 2008 60-Day Challenge came out I decided to go for it. My friends (including a former challenge winner) and family cheered me on.
T-Tapp is unlike any workout I've ever experienced. How can 15 minutes a day melt off inches and pounds? I have so much more energy, a definite plus with 3 children under 6. My children all enjoy exercising with me, even the 2 year old! I love being a good example to them and I know I'm not stealing precious time away by working out for hours. Since the start of this challenge I have gone from a size 20 to a 16. Everyone comments on how great I look and I have to say, I love it! I've lost 15 inches and feel great and when anyone asks what I'm doing I always share about T-Tapp.
I would like to be the winner of the 60-Day Challenge because I feel so many stay-at-home moms are like me - struggling to balance house- keeping, child rearing and taking care of your spouse leaves little time to take care of you. T-Tapp allows me to get a solid, sweat-inducing workout that leaves me feeling great without sacrificing time with my family. I would like to win to show the other moms out there that they can be a winner with T-Tapp, too.
