I am a relatively new "T-Tapper", started with a 14 day bootcamp and then just
about a month after starting to use T-Tapp I signed up for the Ladybug/Critter
Crunch 30-Day Challenge. From the moment I first watched Teresa Tapp, on one
of the free downloads, I was intrigued. I entered the challenge thinking that it
would just keep me in check with working out and using these two (new for me)
workouts, but I honestly never thought that I would get the results that I had read
about on the website/book. I was just excited to be part of the challenge and loved
doing the workouts, so that was enough for me.
Well, from day one, I met a wonderful group of women on the forum whom were
all so encouraging and informative; this was just a bonus I wasn’t expecting! I also
feel that I’ve improved my "stance" and form. I have referred to the book for every
move and each time I do a workout, I learn something new and feel I’ve gotten just
a little bit closer to the way Teresa is moving on the DVD. Every day I’ve checked
into the forum just to see any new posts that I may learn something from and to
encourage others in the challenge and to gain encouragement myself. I have never
encountered such genuinely kind and caring people that I think T-Tapp has
gathered. The most shocking thing of all for me, during this challenge though, is
my ending inch loss. I guessed that it might be an inch or two but was
dumbfounded when I tallied up the differences and realized it was over 20 inches
lost?!?! I was not skeptical at all about this system, in fact just the opposite, as I’ve
praised it from first seeing the website and now my mom is T-Tapping too, but I just
never thought I would get such awesome results!!! (My poor husband, I’m sure,
was sick of me going on and on about T-Tapp... he hasn’t seen/heard anything
yet!)
As I sit here thinking why I’d like to be the winner, I find myself thinking that I
already am a winner!!! I have done a lot of different workout routines/systems
throughout my life, but this one just can’t be beat. Not only is my body showing a
difference but my mindset/thoughts have changed for the better too. (Can a
workout make you a nicer person? T-Tapp does!) I think the benefit I would gain
from being named a winner, for this particular contest, would be the chance to
encourage others and/or to actually have the opportunity to really get my
form/moves right and to meet the awesome Teresa Tapp herself, but if not ~ no
worries, we are all winners with T-Tapp!!!!
