Basic Plus/SATI/STTM/TappCore Runner Up Winner
My journey with T-Tapp began two years ago and it is one of the best stories in my life. Let me start from the beginning. In in 2007 I had a “kids-free” vacation Florida and I found Teresa’s newly released book. I was thrilled to learn that even at my age I could get fit and fabulous, and as a plus, in only 15 minutes a day. I thought, "well, let’s give it a try."
I returned home to Germany and it was really hard for me to learn the exercises from the book as there were some English expressions and movements I didn’t really understand. So I took a little T-Tapp break. A few months later, I returned to Florida and I arranged a private training with Jeanne Zimet. Jeanne is such a great trainer and somehow she found a way to teach T-Tapp so that I had fun doing the exercises. Did I already mention that I am a lazy person and like Winston Churchill for his saying “No sports”? Anyway, Jeanne did more than a great job with me and we had a several sessions. Back in Germany, I could train with the videos I bought.
It was now easier for me to workout and of course I had made a lot of notes during the training with Jeanne. But without a trainer around it was hard to remain consistent. So I decided to attend to the Retreat in October 2008 in Safety Harbor. I had such a great time there, met lovely people and learned a lot. Although I didn't introduce myself on stage on the first day as I was so tired due to jet lag and left the room before it was my turn.
I returned to Florida again a few months later, and I did a 6 day boot camp with Jeanne. I don’t know how many inches I lost, but it was more than I had ever expected. I had not dieted during our stay, we had a lot of yummy American food (barbecues, ice-creams, etc.). I was very proud of my inch-loss!! Did I mention that Jeanne is such a great trainer? During that stay in the USA I went to the T-Tapp office to pick up an order and met Teresa for a minute. She told me the important words: “You have to measure!” From this day on I measured regularly, so I can brag with my inch loss now. ;-)
Having returned to Germany, it had made click in my brain for good. I now T-Tapp consistently and joined Kirsten Tucker’s Spring Tight Club. This was also such a great experience and Kirsten is really a nice and motivating trainer. During that seminar I lost about 15 inches which is not bad for me as a slow loser. I am presently attending another of Kirsten’s seminar called “Think Thin Life is Mental Tight Club”, and, of course, I am T-Tapping according to both Kirsten’s customized training plan and the 60-Day Contest rules.
Anyway, T-Tapp has changed my life. I have become somewhat of a sporty person, I haven’t had any back pains for a long time, almost no migraine episodes, I am sleeping better, my menopausal problems have improved, my cellulite is almost gone (I am skin brushing every day), my posture has improved, etc., etc. People ask me how much weight I have lost, and I am always laughing as I have only lost about 4 pounds. ;-)
During the contest, I have lost 14 inches altogether, which for a slow loser isn’t bad, isn’t it?
