The workout that works WONDERS!

I was searching for a solution to improve the shape of my body when my sister told me she was having good results with T-Tapp. I run for 5 miles 5 times a week for most of the past few years so truthfully I was not sold on the idea of a workout DVD and book at first. As soon as I tried the 15 minute Basic Workout Plus it had my attention. The T-Tapp workouts challenged my muscles in new ways so I convinced my two sisters to join me in the 60-Day Challenge. I was pretty shocked when they both not only agreed but submitted bikini shots. Now it was time to get serious and stop chasing my goal with futile running and exercise the T-Tapp way. I am so grateful that I did because within two weeks my cravings for treats (that I justified as rewards for running) virtually disappeared, my constant neck pain was gone and T-Tapp was reshaping my body in a slender sleek way that all those miles of running never did!

I am a true example of how giving 100 percent commitment to T-Tapp for 60 days (and working as a team with my sisters Ellen S. and Cheryl C.) can achieve astonishing fitness results. I have retired my running shoes since the only run I am planning is into the arms of Teresa Tapp when I meet her to warmly thank her for the workout that truly works wonders and has become the only solution I need for my lifetime fitness goals. I would love the chance to improve my form and continue to take my fitness to the next level at the T-Tapp Retreat this year as the 60-Day Contest winner.
