Thanks to T-Tapp, I can proudly wear a bikini to the beach now!

I live within a mile of the beach and I felt very uncomfortable wearing my bikini without the cover-up. Me and my two sisters, Ellen S. and Cara C., were looking for a workout solution to meet our needs which included: 1. No equipment or special location and 2. Quick results. We decided T-Tapp could be the solution and pledged to give T-Tapp our best effort for the 60-Day Challenge.

When I took the baseline photos I made a crazy decision to wear the dreaded bikini knowing I would now be fully committed to make this the last time I would see this "Before" body. The pictures were the reality check I needed to stay focused and motivated.

I started seeing amazing results within two weeks. My stiff neck and sciatica improved significantly and my body began reshaping into a long and lean body. I lost a total of 22 inches in the first 60 days and the cellulite that I thought was a curse from my mother's side of the family began to disappear.

I have tried many workouts in the past, but T-Tapp is the one I have adopted for the rest of my life. Besides the lean and beautiful bikini body I am building, I now have freedom of movement, balance and comfort. What a bonus.

I have planned a special trip to South Beach Miami with my sisters to celebrate our success. I look forward to proudly wearing the bikini as we do high fives under the umbrellas on our chaise lounges for all to see.

I believe I deserve to win the 60-Day Challenge because I was willing to put it all out there. I gladly submit my bikini photos "Before" and "After" to help others discover T-Tapp and overcome the fear of the dreaded bikini.
