Less to Lose Category Winner

I entered the 60-Day Challenge last year and lost 8.50 inches and 4 pounds. I continued to T-Tapp throughout out the year and maintained my weight loss and lost a few more additional inches. I have gone from a size 8 one year ago to a size 4 now. Since I did not have much weight I wanted to lose this year I was not sure if I would be able to lose very many inches. The contest gave me the motivation to work a little harder and see how many inches I could lose with a little extra work.

I have not been particularly over weight. But at age 67 I want to be as healthy as possible and see if I could lose more inches in my midsection. I have mainly done the Basic Workout Plus and walked faithfully almost every day. Because of my vertigo I am unable to do the exercises that require you to lay on the floor or bend your head over too far. T-Tapping helps with my balance and helps me to stay more flexible and toned.

My 50th wedding anniversary is February 2010 and also my 50th high school reunion is next May. I want to look my best for both events. T-Tapping helps me look and feel my best.

I would like to win to help motivate other ladies around my age to not give up trying to lose weight and keep their shapes even thought they are older. I am excited to say I have lost 4 pounds and 5.25 inches this time.
