Men's Category Runner Up Winner

Don G.

My wife had so many good things to say about T-Tapp and had wonderful results in the way that she looked and felt that I was compelled to join her! I got to the point that I craved doing the Basic Workout each day.

About 6 weeks ago I injured my back, lifting a washing machine, but still benefitted from doing the stretches and a few Hoe Downs each day. I think that the fact that I had been doing T-Tapp and had lost about 25 pounds kept my injury from being more severe and is aiding me in my recovery today. It's fun to see the kids join in on the exercise and we enjoy hearing them giggle at "tuck butt", because we ask them to say "bottom" at our house.

Many people have noticed the change in both of our shapes and health since starting T-Tapp. In spite of being hindered by a back injury and the disruption of a two week vacation during the challenge period, I was able to lose 10 inches and maintain my tone and most of my flexibility. Winning the Challenge would be an encouragement, but I have already gained greatly from participating in the Challenge.
