After spending my college years lifting free weights and using exercise machines, I was very skeptical when my girlfriend introduced me to T-Tapp. I did not see how doing stretching and physical therapy moves could help me become more fit and stronger.
After much pleading and begging from my girlfriend I finally read the T-Tapp book and found that a lot of what it said made sense. I decided to try the program out with her and immediately noticed a difference. I had better range of motion in my neck and back and a lot of the aches and pains that I had went away. I had a spinal fusion on C4 and C5 in my neck 2 years ago.
As we progressed through the 60-Day Challenge, I noticed vast improvements in my overall health. I am now a firm believer in T-Tapp and would recommend the workout to anyone. |
