My journey with T-Tapp began when my wife was doing something she called “exercise”. I thought, no jumping, no weights, no way! Then as time passed and I started seeing the results she was having with T-Tapp, I started to ask some questions.

In 2008, I had a total hip replacement so exercise like running, jumping, etc. are out of the picture. Jennifer, my wife, told me how T-Tapp strengthens you from the inside out and core with no jarring moves associated with other workout routines. I was still having problems because of my hip and knew I had to give it a try.

T-Tapp was really a fork in the road for me. I entered the challenge and did the MORE Rehab Program. My muscles are weakened and imbalanced because of the hip replacement. The thought of stronger and bigger muscles was appealing, but after 60 days it was much more than that. T-Tapp has led me to an all-around healthier lifestyle, from exercise to proper nutrition to just everyday basic body movements such as walking. T-Tapping has made me notice many of the little things that can be done for the better of the body such as sitting straight and walking in alignment with toes forward.

T-Tapp is much more difficult than it seems. I’m still working on it and while I only do a few reps, I feel my muscles strengthening every time. I challenge others to T-Tapp and especially men.
