Less to Lose with Health Improvements* Category Winner

Janice C.

*Health Improvement: I am a diabetic with Neuropathy of feet very bad. Blood sugars run little high but with T-Tapp it is under control. I have carpel tunnel of left hand and arthritis in right hand. Also right shoulder droops but am working on that daily with ribs up and lats tight. Sometimes a problem with right knee, was facing surgery but T-Tapp is helping.

My journey with T-Tapp began... in February 2007, at this time I was overweight at 210 pounds, diabetic and had been put on Insulin pump and was very depressed. I was in a Hastings book store looking for a book on diabetes and saw the book Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes, picked it up read the front and back cover saw the DVD decided to buy the book.

I began doing the exercises on the DVD and after a week called the T-Tapp office and ordered the tapes. From February to April I had lost 18 pounds doing GM/MM eating and lost 15.75 inches. Next I went to Dallas and did a Clinic with Kirsten Tucker so she could give me some pointers on form. In 2008 I discovered the online class with Michelle Barbuto and took that class. Then an online class with Kirsten Tucker's Tight Club. Michelle then offered a class T-Tapp Super Slow and I enrolled for that class and began to understand about all the nuances of T-Tapp. In 2009 I took a second class with Michelle repeated the Super Slow Class and things really began to come together.
As I began the 60-Day Challenge I had three goals to work on plus a challenge within the challenge.

Goal one was to wear a size 8 pants as my 10's were getting loose. I bought a pair 8's could only zip part way, hung them in sight and would try on every two weeks and could zip a little further. By July 15 I could zip and button.

Goal two I have had trouble getting shoulders flat to floor so worked hard on that and now can get shoulders flat to floor.

Goal three my right shoulder began to droop and so worked on ribs up and shoulders back especially on the right side. There is much improvement there.

On the challenge within the challenge. A young Air Force lady had failed her physical training and had one month to get herself in shape. She knew of my success with T-Tapp, she ask if I would explain the program to her which I did and she ordered the book and tapes. She came to my home for the month of June six days a week and I worked with her. I had to really concentrate on my form as I was helping her. Her Air Force trainers had her doing 100 push-ups and crunches to no avail. With T-Tapp she lost 11.75 inches and some weight with the GM/MM diet and passed her Physical test. Her instructors were amazed at what the T-Tapp program accomplishes. They want to hear more about T-Tapp in the future.

During my 60 days I used the worksheets that Michelle sent me using Basic Workout Plus, Step Away the Inches, Hit the Floor and Ladybug Workout. I have been consistently losing inches but very slowly and I have been able to keep the weight and inches off since beginning T-Tapp in 2007. T-Tapp has helped keep the Blood Sugars under control as my last A1C was 6.0. Hoe Downs are the sugars friend.

Other health improvements: I was facing knee surgery, no longer necessary. Carpel tunnel in left hand is improved with Finger Fitness, right hand arthritis, when I do SATI and the hand pumps help so much. I have Neuropathy in my feet they are numb often so I use SATI and that gets the blood circulating. I do SATI at night before going to bed then I don't have to wear Diabetic Boots to sleep. Foot Fitness moves are a big help also.

I can only say positive things about T-Tapp from DVDs, the instructors, and tips from the forums. Teresa you have an incredible gift from God that keeps on giving as T-Tappers continue to share the message of T-Tapp. I personally have help 20 plus ladies get started with T-Tapp.
