My T-Tapp was a challenge from the beginning through the end. Working full time and summer being the busiest time made each day tough to get my workout in. Not so much getting the 15 minutes in, but just that there always seemed something that came up when I was just getting ready to start.

Starting the first few minutes was the hardest, as that's when I felt it the most. The rest was a breeze as I could feel the feel of T-Tapp really putting the stretch to my body, which after several good days straight I would notice how much more energy I would have through the day and last longer into the night.

The other part was the strengthening my muscles would have. I could tell the extra I would have from the more I put in. The exercises are at the same time simple yet exhausting for the short time they would last. Which Teresa would come back with a stretch when I wouldn't have any left to do any more which after those stretches my energy would come back to do another set that would exhaust me again.

I'm coming onto 50 years old, so regaining a good share of my energy levels of my 30's was a plus I never expected and to encourage my wife at the same time was doubly rewarding. To my amazement I was seeing some differences with me that I liked. My tone was coming back and my endurance was increasing. I could move like I used to do which had been decreasing over the years and now, oh wow levels on my energy kept coming and not ending.

Lots of benefits and pleasures returned that I used to take for granted now were again as then. I also saw the same in my wife and we were both enjoying them together. Late nights and early mornings again. The Basic Workout and walking seem to be a minimum needed to maintain any gains from the days before. There have been lots of pluses with my wife, and us together doing T-Tapp is more special. Looking forward to continuing on learning more workouts to vary them in the week.

I have tried different workouts finding that each seem to work a different area of my body. Have done some checking on the lymphatics on the web and it seems to jive with what Teresa says about it and cleaning the body of its excess toxins and other non needed leftovers of the body after it does what it does best.

I know I feel much more energy each day and feel as I did so many years of my early life. Thank you Teresa for bringing this to us. Also to my wife for spending the time to research T-Tapp personally.
