Average to Lose Runner Up Winner
Self-Directed Challenge Finalist
Shelby W.

I decided to try the Self-Directed 60-Day Challenge this time because I really wanted to make myself be more consistent with T-Tapp during the cold winter mornings when it is tempting to stay in my nice warm bed. The challenge is such a motivation because you have to take pictures and write measurements down and it gives you something concrete to look at and work for! I am so thankful to have the pictures to really see how far I have come. I should take them every month, but for some reason I only do them during a challenge!

I am so amazed at the results that I got using this incredible system! I have now been doing T-Tapp for almost a full year and I am so thankful that I found Teresa's book last year and got started. This year has been an amazing journey for me and I am so close to my goals now! I finally hit the magic number I had wanted to on the scale and now I would like to be down one more dress size to be really comfortable.

During this challenge I was able to drop another 10 pounds and 16.75 inches are gone for good as well! Thank you for offering this challenge again, I am ready to keep up my momentum into spring, summer and the rest of my life now! I just love how T-Tapp makes me feel!
