My thanks to Teresa and Kitty for coordinating this 60-Day challenge. The two challenges (30 and 60-Day challenges) provided the opportunity to "get committed!"

I also extend my thanks to Jeanne Zimet. I attended one of her classes in Clearwater and also had a private session with her in February. By far, these two sessions helped me recharge and correct my T-Tapp stance and form. Prior to my sessions with Jeanne, I had done the exercises...sometimes with quite intensity. Those efforts were helpful in getting my body moving, but the inches were slow to dissolve. Jeanne's instruction showed me how to correct my stance and burn more with every move.

My journey with T-Tapp started around 2004...the article in Women's World piqued my interest. Once I got the Basic Plus and MORE Workouts, I knew I could change my body if I stayed committed.

From 2004 to 2009, I used T-Tapp as much for therapy as for exercising. During that period I assumed more stressful work and had to have three surgeries. The gentleness of the exercises would move the lymph but not jolt the internal organs. The exercises helped me cope with the stress of work. It was during this time that I realized there was no need to invest in gym memberships or expensive home exercise equipment. During those years my weight and inches would fluctuate but I always knew that if I was consistent with T-Tapp I would feel much better and reform my body.

In late 2009, I happily retired from that stressful position. The two T-Tapp Challenges came at a wonderful time. I had more time to commit to a "Better Body" and my husband was well into his recovery from Heart Surgery.

For this 60-Day Challenge, I concentrated on Tempo Lower Body. Jeanne encouraged me to use the workout to help my lower body. I did the full workout for 14 straight days at the beginning of the Challenge and then tapered off to 2-4 times per week after the boot camp. I also tried to get in the 10,000 steps per day with my husband at our local park or mall.

As for Tempo Lower Body, I must say I was always glad to say that I did it...but I hated doing it...especially the floor exercises. My thighs and hips burned like never before. I never thought I would look forward to slapping my rear end as I did at the end of the leg exercises (to release that lactic acid).

I also watched Charlotte Siems' 5 minute video from the T-Tapp site periodically to give me an inspiration. If someone with twelve children can be consistent, I have absolutely no excuses.

I know my form is not the best, but with each exercise session I work on improving it. Eventually I hope to master the Gymnastic Stretch...as I did with the Runner's Stretch. It amazes me to realize that I am able to stretch further and lower than when I began.

As a means of perfecting my form, I wear Vibram toe shoes. They provide the grip I need for the leg stretches and I can isolate my big toe so it is not touching the floor.

Since I have a slight hearing impairment and wanted to see the correct stance regardless of what it is I invested in a Zune Hard Drive and Myvu glasses. This "Star Trek" type video setup enables me to see and hear the videos whether my head is facing the floor or cocked to one side or the other.

As a result of this 60-Day challenge, I am pleased to report that I lost 3-4 inches in my waist to hip measurements and 1-1.5 inches from every leg measurement. Overall, I lost 25.25 inches and about 20 lbs.

Out of curiosity, I also measured my neck and ankles. The neck because the size of the neck is associated with sleep apnea and the ankles because of edema. In these two months, I lost about a half inch in each of those measurements.

My next goal is to incorporate the Tempo Arms with the Tempo Lower Body. I will alternate between the two and plan that my body will continue to change and reform itself.

Since I started using T-Tapp in 2004, I have lost about 70 inches and 50 lbs. I am off my blood pressure medicine and appear not to have any serious or minor health concerns. With T-Tapp, I've noticed that my sinuses were clearer and I did not have any problems with Acid Reflex.

I am looking forward to continuing the journey and proceeding to my ideal body and body size. My thanks to the T-Tapp family for providing such support in my journey to a Better body and better health.
