When I signed up for the T-Tapp 60-Day Challenge I didn't know how much of a challenge it would be! I am new to T-Tapp. I ordered the Basic Workout Plus package over a year ago and it sat in my dresser drawer untouched.

When I decided to do this challenge I had knee pain. I was cricky and creeky in the morning. I couldn't walk down the stairs normally. I had to do one step at a time holding the banister for support. I also have had sciatica pain on and off for 10 years. The pain was "on" since the beginning of 2010.

I started the Challenge only committing myself to the exercise. I needed to know for myself the benefit of exercise. I needed to know the power of the T-Tapp movements with nothing else involved. I ate worse on the challenge than normal. I didn't drink enough water. The results I achieved were solely from the movement of T-Tapp exercise.

Total Workout and Basic Workout Plus were the majority of my workouts (more BWO+ than TWO). 4 weeks into the challenge I hurt my left hip. My chiropractor said my giddy-up had a hitch in it. Any movement involving hip movement hurt. I took off almost 2 weeks. The Deep Discount Tuesday was during this time and I ordered Hit the Floor. The DVD arrived and I popped it in thinking, "It's floor work. Maybe I can do it." After Pretty Legs my hip was pain free! I had even been to the chiropractor that morning and still had pain after the adjustment. It was a miracle for me.

At the end of the Challenge, no more knee pain. I can get up in the morning and walk down the stairs with no pain. Hip pain is heading out of my life. An unexpected benefit; my blood pressure dropped from 122/83 to 104/76.

I know I can be fit. I had to know for myself the power of the T-Tapp movements. I do now. There is hope! This 60-Day Challenge has restored confidence in myself that I CAN do it!
