A new approach to fitness may be the answer for folks who haven't had success with other programs. You don't have to use weights and it's not high impact. It's in our special report, No Gym Needed. T-Tapp is probably not like any workout you've ever done before. The website explains it is similar to yoga, reminiscent of martial arts... and like dance.

Teresa Tapp "You're going to work all of your muscles primarily lower body layer by layer and work that inner core this is the one that will give you not only fat burning but inch loss as well." Teresa Tapp is the creator of the program. And a believer that anyone at any fitness level can do this. Tapp demonstrates on the tape an example of the fitness. "When Barri first started she has gained 1 and a half inches in height. She used to be very curved. You see in the elderly. See how easy to go back. Now she can straighten out, put her shoulders back, nice and square... that was impossible in the beginning."

A quick check of the T-Tapp website shows promising images of before and after pictures of people with great results. The book, "Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes," has one of those "it's too good to be true titles." But some real women in the Tennessee Valley are putting T-Tapp to the test and say they feel good. Tiffany says "I have that energy now. It helps me focus and do better in my life whereas I didn't have that before." Deborah agrees "I feel better." Renee McLaughlin is a T-Tapp trainer. 'You actually have more energy at the end of class than you do at the start as opposed to others where it's intense, but you're exhausted at the end this actually helps you feel better."

34 Year old Tiffany Johnson is a working mother of two. She tried T-Tapp because needed something quick but effective. Tiffany tells us " It was so different from anything I've ever seen before. It talks about isometric alignment and working the lymph system and so many things that have never been addressed in exercise regimens before." Renee says 'What we do is focus on spinal alignment. It teaches you to use you body like a machine." Renee helps women do the movements correctly. She says "It's going to feel very unusual because it's a totally different way of working out. You rebuild neuro connections that connect from the brain to those muscles... So it's very mind body."

And what about results? Tiffany says "I've lost 6-to-10 inches and overall felt better. " Dr. Deborah DiStefano was ready for somthing new. "I tried everything , walking on the treadmill for an hour a day, running and still couldn't get rid of it. " T-Tapp is working for her. Dr. DiStefano says "I've been doing it about 6 weeks and lost a size. I feel like I'm getting a waist back which is good. I'm not hiding under a jacket all the time."

And Susan Levan is very pleased with her progress. She had tried several other programs.. " Nothing was working I was exercising every day and not having results. " She didn't take a "before " picture. "I didn't cause I didn't think it would work skeptical. But I did measure before I started and I'm glad I did." With T-Tapp the emphasis is not on weight loss but inches lost. Susan says "I've lost 17 inches in 7 weeks."
