Jill Defronzo's Success Story Hi, my name is Jill DeFronzo and I am 34 years old. I live in Clearwater, Florida. I really know the value of living a healthy lifestyle from being in the fitness industry for over 14 years. I've been active my whole life and was involved in doing ballet, gymnastics and cheerleading from the time I could walk. Then shortly after high school I joined a gym. I started teaching aerobics when I was 20 years old. At 25 years of age, I began working for Women's Fitness Magazine where I was the spokesmodel and wrote articles on fitness and nutrition. At that time Teresa was the Exercise Editor of Women's Fitness Magazine and that was how I was introduced to T-Tapp. I did the T-Tapp program and I loved it. Then I was introduced to fitness kickboxing, which I have done now for 6 years. I was used to doing high-energy aerobic classes that promote the mindset that if you weren't drenched in sweat then did not get a good workout and you weren't going to get good results. For 3 years now I've been teaching fitness kickboxing and for 2 years I was on Jim Graden's kickboxing demo team that traveled to many major cities and performed. I did all of this and never achieved the results that I wanted. I started working for Teresa about a year ago and I began doing T-Tapp once again. With T-Tapp I was able to achieve the results I was looking for and more. Having a strong core is so important and I was never able to accomplish that from any other form of exercise. This is just one of the many benefits that I acquired from doing T-Tapp. I also lost a lot of unwanted bulk and really leaned out in all my areas of concern, which I was not able to do with any other workouts. Being in my thirties and experiencing many hormonal changes has been difficult, but T-Tapp has helped me tremendously to balance my hormones and I am very grateful! I'm able to feel more confident and better about myself because of this workout. Overall I feel healthier, stronger and in the best shape of my life because of T-Tapp! Thank you Teresa!!
