Esther Williams

Hi, my name is Esther Williams and I’m a certified T-Tapp Trainer and a new Mom to a beautiful little girl, Ella. I am excited to be a part of the T-Tapp Mommy program.

Prior to getting pregnant, I got my body in excellent shape through T-Tapp. I was at my leanest and my conditioning at its highest. When I found out I was pregnant, I was already 11 weeks along. I didn’t realize I was pregnant because I didn’t have any of the usual pregnancy symptoms. Nope, no morning sickness. I know, I was lucky.

In the first trimester, I didn’t have the usual “tired” symptoms, either. I know I slept 8-9 hours per night, but that’s not unusual for me. I was perhaps a little more tired but I didn’t have that “I can’t keep my eyes open” feeling. I attribute this to T-Tapp. Around month three, I did a bootcamp because I had a photo shoot with Teresa and I wanted to feel my best.

My T-Tapp business took off during my second trimester. I was a bit nervous about keeping up with my busy schedule, but to my surprise, I was able to get through it with a lot of energy. I taught as many as 3 privates and 2-3 classes per day. Yes, I was sore, but because T-Tapp is non-jarring, I was able to keep myself injury-free.

The last trimester, I still kept a pretty busy schedule but I did, indeed, start to feel fatigued. To honor that feeling, I took the 9th month off and laid around the house. I think that’s the best gift I gave myself because now that Ella is here, I don’t have that luxury anymore. You moms know what I mean!

In the picture, I am 7 weeks postpartum. I didn’t jump right back into T-Tapp like I thought I would. I took 6 weeks off to bond with Ella and to get used to being a parent. Surprisingly, even without doing T-Tapp, most of the weight just fell off. Again, I attribute this to T-Tapp. T-Tapp is like a savings account. You put your money into it and even though you don’t contribute for a few months, you still win because you earn interest.

Now that I’m back into the swing of things, I am confident that I will get back to my pre-pregnancy size and conditioning. I realize there’s work involved but I also know that I don’t have to kill myself to get there because if you have been researching T-Tapp, you know that less is more. You don’t have to workout 2 hours a day, 5 days a week to get real results, amazing results.

I’m looking forward to sharing my progress with you. And if you have any questions, concerns or if you’d just like to talk, I am always available at esther@t-tapp.com.
