T-Tapp Improvements During Pregnancy

I have had to think about this for a bit in order to make sure I remember everything that improved while doing T-Tapp! That’s exciting! Let me explain:

Varicose Veins – While pregnant with my daughter (almost 7 years ago) I developed varicose veins in my right leg. (The left has not been affected.) The veins, at that time, were only behind my knee, but they were so painful I couldn't put any weight on my leg. I ended up needing medical compression hose. (You need a doctor's prescription for these. You also need to be measured for them since they are tailored for each person’s needs. They are expensive.) These hose are very tight fitting and hold the damaged veins against the leg so they don’t hurt or become worse. Once I got them on (10 minutes each morning) I could walk around without any pain. I wore them every day and took them off only right before getting into bed. (Being that I live in Florida they were very hard to wear because they made me so hot.)  I have had to wear them with the two pregnancies since her. Even with the hose my veins have become worse on that leg. They now cover almost all areas of my right leg. I didn't need to put them on even once with this last pregnancy!!! And I had NO pain in my legs!!!

Right knee – Almost 7 years ago while following my daughter into church she stopped quickly and I tripped over her. I fell over her and landed on all fours with her under me. My right knee hit very hard on the sidewalk bearing all my weight. I couldn't get up for a few minutes and then could put only a little weight on it. Over the years since then I have had trouble with this knee popping and hurting every day. I was never able to put any weight on this knee. If I forgot and put any weight on it, it would be extremely painful. Within 4 days of Tapping I had no more knee pain!!!

Lower back pain – I have always had a weak back. Being pregnant has always aggravated it, of course. With this last pregnancy, while Tapping, I didn't have any back pain or back issues!!!

Swollen ankles/feet – With the four pregnancies before this one my feet swelled terribly in the last trimester. I have even gone to church in slippers because my feet were too swollen to fit into anything else. At times I couldn't find my ankles or distinguish toes. Ouch. While Tapping during this last pregnancy my feet only swelled very mildly IF I ate too much salt!!! And they went down very quickly with some rest with my feet up!!!

Right hip – I was born with my right leg almost ½" shorter than my left leg. At times throughout my life my right hip has gone "out of joint" and I would fall over when trying to stand up. While trying to make labor progress 7 years ago, I walked soooo much that my right hip has "clicked" with every step since then. I could mostly only hear it in the middle of the night when I was up with a child. But I usually felt it ALWAYS. I realized last night that my hip isn't "clicking" now!!! It’s kind of strange not to hear that with every step –BUT, I’m not complaining!!

I consider those improvements WONDERFUL!!!

With this last pregnancy I started Tapping at 8 months along. I did a 10 day boot camp of Basic Workout Plus, then TRIED to get it in at least 3 times a week. Many, many weeks I only got it in one workout. Some weeks not at all. (From 36 to 38 weeks I couldn't exercise because every time I did I would start having contractions.)

I did the CRT brushing whenever I did a workout. I noticed very early on that my eczema started clearing up and my skin was not so dried out. I developed 2 small stretch marks with this pregnancy (my first ones), but they were very light. I also noticed the huge scar from my kidney surgery was much lighter and not as pronounced after brushing for a little while.

I took 4 Premium Blended Alfalfa tablets daily along with a prenatal vitamin.

I started working out again at 3 weeks postpartum. (I had already lost all the pregnancy weight. NOT normal for me.) I am currently at 7 weeks postpartum. I have seen a few inches lost, but am still at the same weight. I haven’t been consistent with working out, but am hoping to improve that very soon. I have been doing the BWO+ and trying to learn MORE. I have also been doing Awesome Legs, Diva Derriere, Organs In Place/Half Frogs, and Pretzel Twist. I am still taking Premium Blended Alfalfa (now 6 capsules a day) because I think it is helping to give me a good milk supply!

I AM VERY THANKFUL GOD SHOWED T-TAPP TO ME!! TAPPING IS DOING WONDERFUL THINGS FOR ME!!

I’ll be glad to answer any questions and give any more help that I can.

Thanks for asking this of us! It was a GREAT opportunity for me to really see everything that T-Tapp has done for my body. It’s encouraging me to get back to working out regularly!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

–Carol

P.S. As of 8 weeks postpartum I have lost 9.5 inches overall!! WONDERFUL!!

P.P.S. I am "Mom 7 Plus" on the forum pages.
