Tracey is a 33-year-old mother of four boys who delivered her third child, a 7 pound, 12 ounce boy, on November 30, 2000. Tracey is a former FIRM video exercise enthusiast; however, after spending much time using the FIRM’s videos, she did not attain her desired results. She also did not want to use heavy weights during her fourth pregnancy. Tracey says she stuck with Tapping because she never felt better! She had no back pain or morning sickness. Tracey says her back gave out during her previous pregnancies and she had horrific morning sickness. Although she does admit that she tended to eat better during this pregnancy because T-Tapp has put her in tune with her body’s needs for exercise, rest, and nutrition. With her prior pregnancies Tracey had terrible mood swings and would use food as a pacifier, and not healthy stuff either. She in turn would gain weight and fell bad; however, this time with T-Tapp Tracey LOST inches while pregnant, her energy level was up, and her back NEVER went out. She was especially excited about having a cinched in waist, something she’s never had before. Tracey says she felt better during this pregnancy than even before she got pregnant. Labor was easier than ever and Tracey was up to doing the Primary Back Stretch straight away. She even did a 14 day bootcamp a week after delivery, and lost inches (although being a busy mom forgot to measure—typical of a Tapper). Tracey figured after pregnancy she would start up her typical FIRM tapes again, but now Tracey is a strict Tapper because she loves it! On her off days Tracey will walk, do some rebound aerobics, or cycling; but, because her muscles are toned, but not bulky and she is continuing to slim down she hasn’t even dusted the tapes off yet. Tracey has noted since delivery she has not had the wild PMS-type mood swings that plagued her with her prior pregnancies. Her energy has continued to increase and she has continued to lose inches, I actually met Tracey at six months postpartum and it is hard to believe she had given birth just six months earlier for a fourth time! Way to go Tracey, our Mommy of the Month of July!" |
