A message from Teresa Tapp:
I have been training "mommies in the make" before, during and after delivery all over the world for 30+ years. I've helped many models shape up within 6 weeks so they can get back to work, but it's really fun to share results of T-Tappers during and after pregnancy. ALL women need to understand that the T-Tapp Total Workout really enables women to have less difficulty during pregnancy (less or no back pain!), faster delivery, and quicker shape up/healing after delivery.
