I want to first start off saying that I am a recovering alcoholic (will have one year a month from tomorrow!) I tell you that because in the past, every time I tried to do anything "good" for my body I couldn't follow through because of my addiction. I know now that I had a thinking problem before I had a drinking problem. But more importantly I had an eating/health problem before I had a drinking problem. The drinking stemmed from my eating and thinking problems. But with that said I’ve had to work backwards and conquer the drinking and now I’m working on the Eating/Health issues (while working on changing my thinking in the whole process!)

This last 2 months have been great. Not easy...but still great! I've stuck to something that is making my body so much healthier for the FIRST time in my life!!! My daily T-Tapp moves have always been PBS, OIP and Half Frogs...those are daily musts for me! I've done the HTF video approx 1-4 times a week...depending on my mood. Sometimes I just do the first half of the tape or other times I'll do the last half. I know the tape by memory now so I don't always do it to the tape. I also have been using T-Tapp suggestions as I walk... Keeping KLT, Jazz Hands, Shoulders Back TATA's out...Knees pushed to little toe...and BIG toe up! This is how I walk and I walk no less than 5x a week (and always do PBS before setting off on my walk which lasts from 35-55 min.)

Eating wise, I’ve gone to 6 small meals a day. I eat mostly only GM foods. I will throw MM foods every 4th day so that my body will remember how to metabolize them (throwing in some hoe-downs to help with the carbs...because usually it is mm carbs I throw in there!). And my body thanks me for this. I've been bulimic in the past...but no more! This has been a real learning experience...because as I get rid of my outer fat I’ve been working on my inner fat so to speak. I've learned to recognize my emotional eating patterns and what really makes me tick.

I want to thank Teresa for developing a program that not only helps me FEEL good but LOOK good as well!

I want to also note that I've gone from a size 14 to a size 11!!! I have some size 8 that I can get into but cannot button...but soon...oh yes, soon!
