My Contest Journey:
I found T-Tapp this past January through another website’s forum. I’ve been steadily working on my form, but this contest gave me the motivation I needed to prioritize my T-Tapp workouts.

About me:
I’m 38 years old, a wife, and a mom with two children ages 5 and 2. I am the financial manager of our startup family business. I work in my home office and take care of our children. I have to manage my time carefully and balance priorities.

This type of schedule doesn’t leave much time for exercise. That’s why T-Tapp has been fantastic for me. I work in my workout throughout the day. If I have to stop, I can start again later where I left off, (with PBS first) and finish my workout.

My fitness/size goals:
I really wanted to go from a size 12 to an 8. I’ve always been a fit person, but as time has passed, and especially after having children, the pounds have continued to pack on to my body.

My goal for myself for the contest was to drop a clothing size. During the contest time I went from a 12 to a snug 10. I made my personal goal of loosing 1 size!

How do I feel now?
I feel a sense of pride at making a commitment to myself and the taking part in the T-Tapp contest. I do already feel like a winner. I had nothing to loose but inches. I still plan to meet my goal of a size 8, but I know it is within reach.

How did I eat?
I didn’t diet, but I didn’t eat poorly either. I eat whole grain foods and very little white foods. I try to eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. My favorite treats are popcorn and Green and Black’s Dark Chocolate and I also indulge in 1 cup of coffee a day.

My workout summarized.
During the contest I started out with a short boot camp using the Tempo LB workout. Then I alternated every other day with either Tempo Int, Tempo Arms or Tempo LB. I also worked in some SATI. I was not completely consistent with every other day as summer trips to the Oregon Coast threw my workout schedule off. During the last few days of the contest I have been doing the Maxi Max 3 tape. It is now one of my favorite workouts. As my endurance has progressed I feel like my results have steadily improved.

PG Spray, is it worth it - really?
I also tried the PG Spray for the first time during the last half of the contest. It made a significant difference in my endurance and of course I sweated a lot more. In my opinion it accelerated my inch loss.

Health Improvements.
I have a lot more energy. Last week I went down the slip-n-slide with my daughters!

I do PBS every morning along with the dry skin brushing. My skin is tighter and feels really smooth. My husband has commented on both my skin and my weight loss, which of course is a major milestone!

T-Tapp is efficient and wow is it effective. The most wonderful part is that the more you do it and the stronger you become, the more effective the workout becomes. It gets better and better. It is challenging for both my brain and body, but most importantly I love the results. I lost 11.5 inches!
