Mid December 1999, after three years of my physician and psychologist telling me to do T-Tapp, I finally decided to try the T-Tapp Program since my health was severely getting worse (even my wonderful fiancee who loves me no matter what size I am, was getting concerned). I didn't feel good any more and having to take 19 different medications didn't seem to help much except make my purse weigh less!
I'm lucky because I live in the same city as Teresa Tapp and she agreed to meet me Christmas eve (can you believe it), BUT she made me do the program from the videos initially just like everyone else. At our first meeting, she assured me that I did NOT have to diet (except she did convince me to stop eating Velveeta cheese which I considered at the time to be one of the four food groups). Instead she told me to focus on doing the exercises she created as well as I could (I couldn't even touch my toes when I began!) - and that a little bit is better than none. She said just do the best I could every day for 14 days and then she would even work with me one-on-one depending on her schedule. Well, let me tell you - I started the tapes on Jan 10th and by March 7th I was able to attend the Belleview Biltmore 4 day/3 night fitness retreat doing TWO workouts every day! Can you believe it? Me, keeping up with everyone.
Before the retreat, on March 1st, I had already lost a total of 12 3/4" and I could complete the entire workout (even Thread the Needle) without falling over. I had already ditched my size 4x girdle and could wear a size X-large exercise outfit! Then during the 4 day retreat I lost another 4 inches! Those fitness retreats really do break a plateau like Teresa says. But as you can see from the picture, my face used to get quite red (not anymore though!)
I continued to lose inches without any dieting much to the amazement of everyone, including myself doing the T-Tapp workout 4 times a week. What really impressed me was that my skin was tightening at the same time. I was doing the CRT brushing pattern at least 5 times a week and continued to take the Premium Blend of Alfalfa and Fibertox as instructed every day. It was hard for me to believe that I would be able to lose over 40 inches (my goal) with no loose skin....maybe if I were only 20 but at 48? Yeah, right.

But I'm happy to tell everyone that I DID IT! After 9 months I went from size 24 pants to size 12, I don't have loose skin, I do the workout twice a week (sometimes I do less, sometimes I do more, but I always brush and I keep up with my alfalfa and fibertox). I eat what I want and cheat often but I did monitor my diet in order to get from size 16 to size 12...all I did was dramatically reduced consumption of dairy and pork as well as follow Teresa's man made carbs every third day dietary plan. She also explained to me how to eat for my "Personal Profile" (blood type, ethnic heritage, etc)
So I'm thrilled to tell you that if I can do this ANYONE can! Currently I only take 4 medications (but T-Tapp minimizes their side effects and keeps weight gain at bay) that are necessary for my health. I have so much energy, I feel younger, I look younger.....I FEEL GOOD. I can't believe when I discovered those old size 22 jeans in the back of my closet (can you believe that they used to be too tight and I had to go to size 24?) ... two of me could fit into them now. My fiancee is just as happy too - he watched me while I was dancing in my new size 12 "sparkle" dress that used to hang on my wall for motivation so these pictures really reveal how I feel. This dance is a reflection of the new found life and freedom that I've found with the health, vitality and new body that T-Tapp helped me to achieve. I am a NEW woman...I may only be 4'11" but hear me "roar" !
