I love T-Tapp! I talk about it all the time because it has done such wonders for my body in such a short amount of time.

I am a forty year old home school mother of three. No one that I know would classify me as "athletic." In fact, if you made a list of all the people I know and listed them in order of physical activity, I'd be near the bottom.

Except for about two years in my late teens, I was always the "fat girl." Almost two years ago, I stood on a beach in NC and told God that I was going to stop running to food instead of Him. I was at my highest weight of 229 and a size 24. I also have a long history of health issues. I had worn one of those horrible plastic back braces with the metal bars for several years because of Kyphosis and Scoliosis. Chronic back pain and a back injury bothered me daily - no matter how often I went to the chiropractor. I have also been diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and hypothyroidism and I occasionally suffer from cluster migraines. It seemed that any exercise program was doomed to failure because one of these health problems would sidetrack me before I began. I have managed to lose almost 50 pounds, but I knew I could not achieve the next step in my health and wellness journey until I started exercising.

I heard about T-Tapp from a website that I frequented. I'm a "research queen" so I spent lots of time reading about T-Tapp. It really seemed too good to be true, but the rehabilitative aspects of T-Tapp intrigued me. I ordered the Total Workout package in June, 2008. Unfortunately, once it came, it sat on the shelf next to my DVD player for almost a year.

Fast forward to March 2009. I visited my family doctor and after having some blood tests run, my results came back "normal." I received a message from my doctor that the symptoms I was having were due to stress. My back was hurting more than it ever had and was preventing me from normal everyday activities and now I was experiencing health symptoms as a result of too much stress. After much prayer and many conversations with my husband, I started to limit my commitments outside the home. I also "remembered" that I had T-Tapp. I started visiting the forums again and felt so inspired. I committed to do a 10 day "bootcamp" of BWO+HD. I knew what this probably meant for my back, but told my husband that as long as I could get out bed, I would complete 10 days. I can't kid you, the first three days were excruciating. I spent about three hours on the heating pad each night. By the fourth day, I was in love with T-Tapp! The pain started to dissipate, and I felt better than I had in years. I extended my ten day bootcamp to 14. My back pain has gone from a solid nine every day to about a four. There are periods of time now where I don't even know I have a back issue because it simply doesn't hurt. My arms and legs aren't numb anymore when I wake up. I can feel the back injury healing. I am standing straighter than I ever have.

There have been other advantages as well. From March 23 to March 30, I lost six inches over all!! In only three weeks, I went down a jean size!! The scale shows no difference, so I know that I am building muscle. Most of the inch loss was in my chest area. I see this as another sign that T-Tapp is improving my back health because my "hump" is directly behind my chest making it one of the widest parts of my body. I continually remember to pull my shoulders back and down, "tuck butt", and hold in my tummy throughout the day. The other morning, when I came down to breakfast, my husband remarked that I was even walking differently. I used to "clump, clump, clump" around and he said my walking had a "lighter" touch. I told him that I really believe it is because I am not in constant pain anymore.

Although I ordered TWO, I am still only doing BWO+HD every other day. I am amazed at how my body is constantly changing each day. My fat is shifting. I see new muscles continually and work muscles that I didn't even know I had. I've also ordered SATI and CRT and can't wait to start those. My plan is to do a 60-day challenge. My oldest daughter is graduating from home school in June and I just know that I will be sizes smaller than I am today!

The things you read on the T-Tapp website really do come true! I had no idea that a back problem that had plagued me since I was 11 years old could be turned around in two weeks time. Thank you so much, Teresa Tapp! I only wish I had started sooner.
