My T-Tapp journey started in the summer of 2009 when a friend told me about this amazing workout she found where the inches just flew off. I thought "Yeah, right" and put it out of my mind, but she persisted and gave me a coupon. I am never one to turn down a good deal, so I got the Total Workout and started. I lost several sizes, but life got in the way and I fell off the wagon, partially because I was busy and partially because I was overwhelmed. Not to mention I was really depressed. I decided 4 weeks ago, when I was fitting into a 16 again, that it was time to do something about my roller coaster weight problems. I decided to pick T-Tapp up again, but this time I was going to stick with the 15 minute Basic Workout. If my inch loss was slower, that was fine with me because this time I am determined to make it a lifestyle change. I could easily rationalize not giving an hour of my time when life got hectic, but 15 minutes? Everyone has 15 minutes! When I picked it up this time, and Basic Workout was SERIOUSLY kicking my butt, I slowed it down further. I let myself not feel guilty with doing 4 reps instead of 8 to make sure I was staying in form and not wanting to pass out at the end of it. I made sure I gave myself breaks this time, some weeks I have done 3 workouts some weeks I have done 5. Since 3/1/2011 to 3/29/2011 I have gone from a tight 16 to a snug 10! Just last week alone I lost 7 inches!

But better than that, I am happy again. I have energy and I feel joyful. Whenever I start feeling the blues coming on I pull out my tape and my bad mood vanishes. Thanks Teresa for giving me a way to control my health, and presence of mind, while operating a busy schedule. 15 minutes? YES YOU CAN!
