I first heard about T-Tapp from my hairstylist who was just finishing up the second month of T-Tapp training with Heather Petrie. She told me about how many inches she had lost and she looked great. I would not have believed someone could lose so many inches in such a short period of time. However, since I know Dawn Fry so well and saw her success with my own eyes I had to check out T-Tapp for myself. I called T-Tapp trainer, Heather Petrie, the next day.
I am 39 years old and had put on a 'couple' of more inches a 'few' more pounds than I wanted. I am 5'9 and weighed 156 pounds when I started T-Tapp and was not happy with how I felt of looked. I turn 40 later this year and really wanted to try and get those flat abs I had not had since having my two boys, ages 11 & 12. I was finding it difficult to get motivated because I figured it would take a lot of aerobics, running, sit ups and strict diet to even have that as a reality. My 12 year old son wanted me to run a 7-mile road race with him last fall, but I knew I wouldn't even make it a mile without being exhausted.
I would have never imagined that only seven weeks later I would weigh 144 pounds and lost 22 1/4inches (8 inches off my abs!!!). I have gone from a size to a 6 and feel great. Not only do I physically feel better about myself, I sleep better at night, my backaches have gone away and I have a lot more energy. I am so thankful that I found T-Tapp.
