My T-Tapp journey started more than two years ago. Long story short, I had incredible success with the B/R workout 2 years ago. I worked out faithfully for 3 months and lost 39.5 inches. Life got in the way and I quit working out. It took me a year and a half to eventually put back on most of the inches, but I just couldn’t get motivated to work out faithfully. I even went to a terrific clinic with Lani and just couldn’t make a workout routine stick for more than 2 weeks.

Fast forward to June and the contest, I thought that I didn’t have anything to lose (except lots of inches) and maybe this would be the thing that would help me develop a routine. The amazing thing about the workout is how it really can be adjusted to be what you can do at any given time. I worked out at least 2 times a week but no more than 3 times a week for the duration. I varied the workout, but primarily did BWO+. Occasionally I threw in SATI or did most of B/R. I am thrilled with my results. I lost 10 inches. The numbers are not as large on paper as they were the first time, but for me they are just as big. I was able to do a 15-20 minute workout consistently for 2 months and that is more progress than I have had in a long time. My knees are getting better every day and I have more energy to keep up with my children. I have many, many more inches to lose. Dieting has never been the answer for me. I’ve tried them all and each time I stop “the diet” it all comes back plus a little. I know that making healthy choices and incorporating T-Tapp into my life is that answer to the battle I have fought all my life. I hope someday to work up to doing B/R, Tempo or a longer workout consistently again. For right now it is enough to know that I can get results even with a limited workout schedule.
