I am going to share an experience relating to T-Tapp.
This past April 12th I began a wellness program of my own, doing the T-Tapp MORE Rehab Program and eating a very healthy low-cal diet. Since that time I have lost 78 pounds. About 8 weeks ago I started a bootcamp and measured for the first time. During my 8-week bootcamp I lost 50 1/2 inches from my body! I still have a lot more work to do, but I am thrilled over my success and for the first time I have hope that I may be able to keep off the weight that I lose. I am a great living advertisement for T-Tapp!
I live in a very small rural town in northern Oklahoma. I am the pastor of the Church of the Nazarene. I learned about T-Tapp from Trainer Charlotte Siems. I thank God for her and for every part of T-Tapp! Because I am a leader in our small community, my success has made a stir and other women have joined me in my efforts. I am now using our church gym for T-Tapp classes every morning and afternoon, 6 days a week. We have a group who workout after they get their kids in school and another group who comes after they get off work. We even have another couple ladies who are working on the "Chair" workout because of serious disabilities. One is on dialysis and the other has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. They are so excited about being able to become healthier with T-Tapp!
For the first 4 to 4 1/2 months on my wellness program, I felt very energetic. Suddenly my energy level dropped and I felt tired and weak every day. Finally it occurred to me that I should check my blood pressure. I took a pill each night for hypertension (Lisinopril, 20mg). I went to a Walmart and checked my blood pressure and discovered that it was too low (95/55). I waited a few days and checked it again, and my blood pressure was 90/49! No wonder I was feeling tired!
I called my local doctor and told her what was going on. She asked how much weight I had lost by that time. When I said that I had lost 70+ pounds she told me to stop taking the blood pressure pill. Three weeks later I had to go to the doctor for a sinus infection. I was a little afraid to have my blood pressure checked because I feared that it might be elevated again. The nurse was quick to tell me that my numbers were excellent! The blood pressure. was 108/70 with NO medication! My heart rate was 71. Before I started my wellness program my heart rate was always 97 or higher. Isn't that incredible?
I just wanted to share this additional information with you. I want EVERYONE to know that it is very possible to become a lot healthier in a short time!
