I started off, like everyone else, with grand expectations, and high, lofty goals of T-Tapping 6 days a week (the Habit Formers schedule) and brushing 2X a day! It wasn’t long before that petered out. But I still was doing what I could, taking the Alfalfa and Fibertox, drinking as much water as I could, and trying to eat healthier. (Which means a basic, healthy diet of mostly GM foods, though I am sure that I had something MM almost every day!)

I averaged 2-3 workouts a week, usually Tempo or Tempo Lower Body (1st or 2nd half).

So while I thought I was slacking, and feeling guilty about what I wasn’t getting done, my body was still responding to what I was able to do. And those workouts that I did get in, man, did I work hard. I have been to several clinics with Lani, so I really know how to work to my max now!! You can't "zone out" with T-Tapp---you have to be there mentally to push yourself!

My favorite thing about T-Tapp is the way it works with real life. During these past two months of the contest, I have lost 9 inches, while not being obsessive about getting those workouts in. My life is the typical busy mom of two babies (2 ½ and 1 year olds.) Everyone knows that stuff happens, but the amazing thing is, just doing some T-Tapp every week (to your max) will change your body! I am very happy with my results, and know that I will keep on Tapping at my own pace, and I will make it to my goal size soon!
