I wanted to share my success story with you all there at T-Tapp...

I started T-Tapping about a year ago after my first son was born and had some amazing success initially (lost almost 2 inches in the waist just doing Organs In Place/Half Frogs). I did a two-week boot camp (lost 12 inches the first week- seriously 12 inches, I re-measured several times) and continued for a few more weeks but then I ran into a major brick wall and could hardly get out of bed to take care of my son, let alone work out. Unbeknownst to me, I was pregnant again. I didn't realize why I was so tired until I was almost totally through my first trimester.

At the start of my second trimester I had a hemorrhage which began a very, very long and hard pregnancy including total bed rest, a hospitalization, blood transfusions, and about a billion Doctor appointments. Since I was on bed rest, emotional, and hormonal- a very bad combination- I gained a lot of weight.

My little miracle baby was born 7 weeks early and by c-section since he was breech. Once life calmed down a bit I started T-Tapping again. I just finished my third week of T-Tapp and although I lost 8 inches during my two-week boot camp, this past week I decided I was going to do Tempo Lower Body and concentrate on hydration. Well, I have found that those two things are a good combination since I lost 14.5 inches (22.5 inches total in three weeks)- I couldn't believe it (I even re-measured again)!

I am short (4'10"), large framed, and have a very muscular build that I've always despised until T-Tapp; for the first time in my life I don't feel like I'm fighting my body and I am embracing the way God made me! I still have a ways to go but I feel confident that I can get there!

Thanks so much Teresa and the T-Tapp Team!
