I'm simply a 25-year-old young woman who wanted to find an exercise program that would make me feel good about myself and improve my health. T-Tapp has given me that.
After doing only Instructional #1 for 14 days, And the results of those four weeks was exhilarating! I experienced immediate results. I lost 13" and 4.5 lbs.! Of those 13 inches, I lost 1.5 inches from my hips, 2 inches from my waist, .75 inches from my left upper thigh, and 1.75 inch from my right upper thigh - places that have never budged for me in the past. My sister joined me in the challenge and lost 10 inches and 2.5 lbs. After the first 3 days of my bootcamp my pecs and bust perked and firmed up dramatically, and I noticed my posture, especially that of my upper body, was fluid and effortless. After 6 days my shoulders slimmed down again, leaning out and had lost the puffy pudginess they were beginning to accumulate; even my ankles and hands seem slimmer. I look and feel more feminine and graceful.
Another benefit for me is the physical and mental energy I get after finishing a T-Tapp workout. My doctor believes I had West Nile three years ago, and most forms of exercise I have tried leaves me feeling wiped out for hours, and sometimes days. But T-Tapp doesn't cause the same kind of fatigue other exercise programs do. Rather, it seems to invigorate me, giving me a boost unlike any other form of exercise I've tried. Additionally, being a college student, I'm in love with the fact I can do 15 minutes when I'm short on time and still get a great workout; though I now try to get in a longer Total Workout at least once or twice a week.
Before (re)starting T-Tapp, I was using kettlebells, putting in 30 to 45 minute sessions, three to four times a week, in addition to walking 2 to 3 miles a day. I did this for two months and nothing budged. In fact, I was starting to bulk up underneath the extra pounds I had acquired. Even though kettlebells were fun, I hated how my body was starting to look thick. I had used T-Tapp nearly 8 years ago, and I'm thankful the Lord answered my prayers about what to do for exercise and reminded me of it. As Lani says on Basic Workout Plus, "It's the best of the best." It truly is!
I love clothing, especially vintage fashions. So I would still like to lose another size or two, and firm and tone up some more so I could fit into some of my smaller clothes. But at least I'm enjoying myself and don't feel tortured. I have days where I have to make myself T-Tapp. But I also have days were I look forward to it. Regardless, I always remind myself how good I feel when I do and, what I could look like and feel like three months from now. That, and my now-slimmer body, are all the motivation I need to pop in Teresa and go for it.
I still enjoy taking walks, going hiking with family and friends, and occasionally, English country dancing. But now I have the energy to do these things. And I can feel good about how I look and feel in my body. The French say, "Bien dans sa peau" which means to feel good in one’s skin. T-Tapp helps me feel good in my skin. I feel like T-Tapp is my little secret to a nice body. And now that I've returned and have re-experienced all of T-Tapp's benefits, I'm not leaving T-Tapp ever again!
Ciao,
