Hi, my name is Kimberly Maxfield. I am 28 years old, have a 9 year old son and am going to Graduate school for my Masters in Special Education. I am from a small town called Massena, New York. When I was younger, I used to be very thin. At the age of 12, I was diagnosed with Mononucleosis and lost 15 pounds during the time I was sick. I had to be put on Prednisone for a month and suddenly I started packing on the pounds. I was a size 16 in high school and have gone up to a size 22 a few years ago.
I have struggled with dieting, diet pills, exercise routines but have never stuck to anything long enough to make a lasting difference. In July of 2007 I was in Walmart and saw a magazine called "Women's Fitness." I noticed that a CD came with it and decided to buy the magazine. I went to my mother's house and read the magazine and told her about T-Tapp and what the magazine said it could do for your body. We went online and looked through the site and watched the try before you buy videos. I looked at the magazine with my best friend and we were both interested in it too. My best friend and I went to the mall and bought the "Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes" book and were really excited. After trying to read the exercises to her while she tried to do the moves, we realized we definitely needed the video. So my mother, my best friend, and I were saving our money to buy the total workout package. In the meantime, I went to visit my sister in North Carolina. She said that she would purchase the video and we could try them out to see if they worked for us, so we ordered the workout and had it shipped to my mother's house. My mother, best friend, and I all use T-Tapp now and my sister has the DVDs too. I have been doing T-Tapp since August 13th, 2007 and have lost 8 3/4 inches overall with no dieting at all! I have also seen major improvements in my skin since starting T-Tapp, the cellulite is going away! I started off with a bootcamp of instructional 1 and 2 up to thread the needle. I have just recently begun doing the Beginner/ Rehab Total Workout all the way through. I have also ordered the Step Away the Inches and Hit the Floor DVDs. I even ordered the CRT brushes for myself, my sister, mother, and best friend and started doing the brushing three days ago.
I have noticed dramatic differences in the way I stand and walk since starting T-Tapp. I am able to stand up straight and no more duck feet as Teresa discusses!! I am so impressed with this workout and will continue with my bootcamp. I am still doing every other day and will be for a few more weeks. My best friend is seeing large improvements in her stomach and butt and my mother has lost over 7 inches as well. This is the first program that I have stuck to for a month and I keep up with it because you see differences in your body daily. I am so glad I picked up that magazine in the store that day and am glad that I have incorporated T-Tapp into my life!!!
