I'm 25 weeks into my 8th pregnancy (it's been a productive 11 years of marriage!!) and have had back pain for several years. It was really bad when we first married - then I figured out we needed a good mattress - bought a latex mattress and that helped tremendously! But it still hurts on occasion - like whenever I stand up - I have to go slow, take it easy, put my hand on my back, then once I get moving I'm fine. If I even sit for a couple of minutes - it's the same thing - hard to get moving again. Last pregnancy I spent a good bit of the 3rd trimester in the chiropractor's office. He said it was residual from auto accidents.
So I ordered the total workout and it came Wednesday. Thursday morning was my first T-Tapp workout. I had ZERO back pain the rest of the day! I could sit for one minute or ten minutes - it didn't matter - it was easy to get up - I could get up and start moving right away! No back pain today either (I did my workout this morning). I'm waiting to see how sore I'll be tomorrow - but I'll trade a day of muscle soreness for a year of back pain!
Blessings to you!
