Lisa Miller

In 2001 I was very motivated to lose my pregnancy weight (70+ pounds) that I'd gained in my last pregnancy that resulted in a stillborn little one.  Since I didn't have the benefits of nursing to lose weight, I was on a mission to get it OFF.  My sister came across information about T-Tapp and asked if I'd be interested in doing it with her.  The tapes came in the mail and we did a 14 day bootcamp.  Boy was I sore!  I didn't measure just before beginning the bootcamp, but measured on Day 2.  On Day 5 I measured again and was amazed to find that I had lost several inches!  That was enough to keep my going for the summer.  It was difficult to find a "good" time to exercise when school started, so I fell off the bandwagon until the following summer.  Ever since then I have been pretty consistent.  I lost 40+ inches and went from a size 18 to a size 6-8!

Last year, after struggling with perimenopausal pudge, I decided to stop eating after 7 (except on weekends) and to cut down on my sugar intake and Poof...5 pounds were gone which put me under 120.  I joined the 60 Day Challenge and off came more inches which put me at nearly a size 4.  After the Retreat I was definitely in a size 4.  Since I was (am) addicted to sugar, I decided to eat the God Made/Man Made way and off came 5 more pounds!  I wasn't looking to lose more weight, just to eat healthier.  All along the way I have continued to T-Tapp, usually doing BWO plus lunges.  I am in a solid 4, though sometimes 4's are too loose.  AMAZING!  To think that I am the size I was as a teen is mind blowing to me.  Even if I wasn't losing inches the other benefits are more than worth it! When I workout my mind is clearer, my elimination system works better and I am more limber.  I am a Tapper for life!  Thank you so much, Teresa!

Sincerely,
Lisa Miller
