I started T-Tapp on September 16, 2009 and so far I’ve lost 53.5 inches. I will never do anything else again.

15 years ago, after having my son, I was diagnosed as hypothyroid. After that I tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked. I exercised for 45 minutes to an hour a day, I tried several diets and weight loss programs, most of the time I starved myself and the weight just wouldn’t come off. I had gotten to the point where I was just about ready to give up and accept the fact that I’d be fat forever. I begged God to help me and He led me to T-Tapp. When my tapes came I did a Total Workout boot camp and at the end of it I had lost 20 inches. I was so thrilled! Since then I have continued to lose inches consistently. There has only been one week that I didn’t lose anything. Last week I had a virus that caused me to be dizzy. I only did 2 workouts that whole week and I still lost 1.25 inches. For the first 3 months I did the Total Workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Step Away the Inches on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays. For the last month I’ve been doing the Ladybug combo Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Step Away the Inches on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Then I take Sunday off. I’m so excited about T-Tapp I tell everyone about it.

Now I have no doubts that I will get back to a size 9. Give me another year and I’ll be sending in an updated testimonial saying I reached my goal. I can’t even begin to put into words how grateful I am to Teresa for this wonderful program! I am so thankful that you are sharing the talents and abilities God has blessed you with! Thank you!!
