Mary's T-Tapp Testimonial, September 2010:

I stumbled upon T-Tapp in 2007 after reading an article about it in a magazine. I bought the book, "Fit and Fabulous in Fifteen Minutes" and watched the DVD "Yes, You Can!". After reading and hearing about all the benefits of T-Tapp, I was very anxious to get started! I ordered the Total Workout Beginner/Rehab DVDs right away.

When I started out, I was in the worst shape and wearing a snug size 18 pant. I have to admit that the first several sessions had my thighs screaming as I was keeping my knees bent deep and pushing out to little toe. In 1999 I had been diagnosed with vertigo, which has affected my balance. That condition, combined with a very weak core, made thread the needle and the balance sequence particularly difficult for me. I'd barely get 2 reps in before I'd topple over. But I never gave up and always paid attention to my form even if I wasn't able to get all 8 reps in. What is so personally satisfying to me was how I could see my progress from week to week. My body responded so positively and I was thrilled when in just a few weeks I was doing all the reps with less and less wobbling. I could feel my form, coordination, strength, and flexibility improving as the weeks went by. I went from being relieved when it was over to actually enjoying each movement while I was doing it.

But the best part was the fast results in inch loss. The first thing I noticed in just a few short weeks was how flat my abdomen was getting…a nice, natural tight tummy without having to hold my breath and suck it in. Because of my vertigo, I was always unable to lay flat to do crunches, so being able to tighten and tone this area while standing was exciting. Also noticeable was the improvement in my posture. I had been a terrible sloucher, and after T-Tapp, I started to stand and sit up straight without even thinking about it.

I lost inches all over! Besides losing 5 inches in my waistline, I lost 5 inches in my hips, 3 1/2 inches in my bust, 6 inches in my midriff, and 4 inches in each thigh! In 5 months I had gone from a tight size 18 to a comfortable size 12. What a thrill it was, as I had been overweight since I was 10 years old and had worn plus sizes for most of my life.

A year later, a perfect storm of depression, bad eating habits, and falling off the T-Tapp wagon hit. I found myself back into 16’s again. In March of 2010 I regained my commitment, and through healthy eating habits and a return to T-Tapp, I’m proud to say I’m back in my size 12 jeans. It’s nice to know that T-Tapp works every time to tone and shape like no other workout, and the results come fast.

I’m so grateful to Teresa for sharing her expertise with the rest of us. The workout is sheer genius, and is the only workout I’ll ever need. I know that I can maintain my current size by just doing the workout 2-3 times a week. However, now I’m feeling confident and gearing up to start a boot camp to achieve my wildest dream: size 8. The last time I wore single digit clothes was when I was a toddler! By the way, I'm turning 59 this October and feeling more fit and energetic than I was in my 30’s.
