This is a note written from a T-Tapper to a T-Tapp Trainer:
Hey Margit!
I have some fantastic news. I walked away a migraine today!!! First, this was my first migraine in what feels like forever. Second, it came on during German class and was so bad I could barely see by the time I got home. Third, I refused to not exercise because I had already used Monday as my rest day. I thought maybe all the lymph-pushing of Step Away the Inches might help. And, it did! I planned on doing just ten minutes or so, but finished the entire workout! Plus, my evening Primary Back Stretch and Hoe Downs! (I didn't want to push it, so I didn't add anything else to the end of day routine.) About twelve minutes or so, my nausea and blurry vision were gone. I still feel a bit of the tension hanging around, but that is nothing compared to what it was! I didn't even take Excedrin!!!
