Somebody pinch me!! I found T-Tapp in May of 2005. My mom and my aunt introduced me to it, after my aunt came across the website looking for rehab exercises.
Like many of us, I was skeptical. After having 2 kids, I was a size 14 on my 5-foot frame. I had about 40 pounds I wanted to lose. Aerobics, weight training, and cutting calories had worked for me years before, but it was SLOW. For the past 8 months, I had been doing aerobics 6 days a week, lifting weights, and dieting, but was getting zero results. I read the success stories and even poked around on the forums to make sure T-Tapp was for real, and finally decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did!
After my two-week initial boot camp, I had lost 9.5 inches! Three and 3/4 came off my abdomen alone, and 2 off my waist. I was hooked!
Fast forward to September 2005, and in 4 months, I have lost more than 48 and 3/4 inches off my entire body -10 of them off my abdomen alone! I can hardly believe what T-Tapp is doing for me.
Aside from the inch loss, my pregnancy stretch marks are fading, my tummy pooch is shrinking, and even those fat deposits on the inside of my knees are going away! My skin is smoothing out, I sleep better, and my muscles are more defined than they have ever been...without lifting a single weight.
I still have a little way to go, but I can now squeeze into those size 8 jeans! I feel taller, my posture has greatly improved, and my body burns more fat all the time. And best of all, I feel
good about myself.
I finally KNOW that I WILL get the body I want. I will, because T-Tapp is going to get me there.
