Hi, my name is Michelle Barbuto. I am a 45 year old stay at home mother of 6 wonderful children. My journey with T-Tapp began in June 2001 when I was pregnant with my 6th child and suffering incredible back pain.
Someone on another website suggested that I try T-Tapp to reduce my back pain, so I did, and even though I was already in my third trimester, my back pain disappeared and I lost inches in my hips and thighs! I was able to return to my pre-pregnancy size very quickly, but for some reason I completely quit exercising. In September of 2003 I decided it was time to put "me" first. With help and encourangement from many wonderful woman on the T-Tapp forum, I took it one day at a time and made exercise a permanent part of my life. I went from a size 12/14 to an 8/10 very quickly without changing my diet and only doing T-Tapp. But when I decided to improve my eating habits, everything became even better. I now feel stronger and have more energy than I have had since high school. I am able to play with my children and keep up with ALL of them.
Before I started T-Tapp, my energy level was so low. I thank Teresa for giving me the tools necessary to get my passion for life back. I then became certified as a T-Tapp Trainer in October 2004 so I could help others become healthy and strong like I did. I never dreamed that my body could become even more sculpted and strong within a year but when I look at my picture taken at the October 2005 T-Tapp Fitness Retreat, I was amazed.
