I can’t say enough about what T-Tapp is doing for me. I have always hated exercise and avoided all forms of it. In college I even took "Concepts of Physical Education" to get out of taking an actual PE class! Of course at that time I was skinny so I didn't think much of it.
The weight crept on slowly at first and then seemingly overnight it mounted until I was 80+ lbs overweight. I managed to lose 50 pounds at age 29 with the South Beach diet but it only lasted a few months, when I became pregnant and gained 55lbs. My body did not respond to diets after that, so I pretty much gave up and decided a life change was in order and that eating healthy was important for our family. I started making all our foods from scratch, researching health foods and focusing on nutrition. That helped some, and I was able to lose some weight, but things were getting a little saggy and I was just stuck.
I came across T-Tapp on YouTube some how, I don't even remember what I was looking at now. I was very intrigued by an exercise that was supposed to take so little time, involve no weights, and get so much benefit. At first I only bought the Basic Workout Plus old label on sale because I was sure it would be like all the other workout tapes I had bought on a whim in the past. If I even looked at them I never did them. But in May of this year (a whole month after receiving the DVD) I began with Basic Workout Plus 4 day boot camp followed by every other day. I immediately dropped 13 inches in the first 2 weeks. I was a little sore the first couple days, but by the end of the first week I started feeling muscles I never had before. I was getting stronger! I have never had muscle strength especially core muscle strength so this was exciting. Teresa is a genius in the way she stretches out the muscles after working them so that I have never been more than a tad bit sore and never lasting more than a day. This is very important because I do NOT do pain.
At 3 months in I have lost 25 total inches, 10lbs and 2 pant sizes! I do the Total Workout a couple times a week and mix in Ladybug standing for flavor. If I don’t have much time I will just do the 15 minute Basic Workout. I love the way I feel afterward, and I look forward to working out now. I also use the CRT skin brushing system and Premium Blended Alfalfa daily and have noticed a big improvement in my skin.
I still have a ways to go, a couple more pant sizes and some flab to burn, but T-Tapp has become an important and surprisingly enjoyable part of my life. If I think I’ve eaten too much or too much sugar I will do some Hoe Downs. If I don’t have time for a long workout on the day I planned to do it, I will do a short one and know that I am getting benefit. I don’t stress about how long it will take. Inch by inch, day by day I am still getting stronger and more fit. I guess it is right after all what they say about diet and exercise being the key. The only difference is that it doesn't have to be a chore if you find something you love.
